Understanding Your Profile Page

Every new Eventably user begins as an attendee. From your profile page, you can configure your personal settings, adjust preferences, and update your account information.

Profile Overview

Your profile contains:

  • Your avatar

  • Username and email

  • Orders

  • Password settings

  • Preferences

  • Personal details

Updating Your Avatar

Your profile includes a generic placeholder avatar. To personalize it:

  1. Click the camera icon next to your avatar.

  2. Upload a JPG or PNG image.

  3. Save your changes.

Updating Your Name

  1. Click the pencil icon next to your username.

  2. Two new fields will appear: First Name and Last Name.

  3. Enter your preferred name and save.

Adjusting Preferences

Preferences help customize your Eventably experience, especially when browsing public events.

You can configure:

  • Language (defaults to browser language)

  • Timezone

  • Date format

  • Event radius + unit (miles/km)

  • Interest categories (60+ options)

While these settings are optional, setting them early improves your event browsing and recommendations.
